I used to have headaches every day. In my case, I had been to my acupuncturist when I had headaches.
But, besides going to an acupuncturist, I would recommend doing an easy home remedy you can do at home. It only takes about 3 minutes every day.
Headaches are among the most common problems in people’s lifestyles. Headaches are one of the most annoying disorders of all time for American people.
In America, 45 million Americans are suffering from headaches each year. One in every six people of the population has had headaches in the United States.
When you have headaches, you can’t concentrate, can you? You would feel terrible and irritable not only for headaches but also for your job or even relationships.
I want to give you an easy tip that might relieve your headaches instantly.

The easy remedy is massaging 5 acupressure points for headaches.
Acupuncture points are everywhere in the human body. More than 360 points are in the human body, and these dots are connected. Acupuncture points are like the train station, and the meridians are like railroads. Qi or energy is the train. When you are healthy, the train is running all the time, 24/7.
However, if you are sick or injured, the train stopped causing pain or other body symptoms. Acupuncture or Acupressure increases blood circulation and helps people with headaches.
UB2, Du20, GB20, SJ21, and GB5 are great acupressure points for headaches. These points were used in this study and improve the patients with chronic headaches, according to National Library Medicine in 2010.
The study was applied in a medical center in Taiwan in 2003. They tested in a Total of Twenty-eight patients suffering from chronic headaches. They split in half of the acupressure group and the muscle relaxant medication group— resulting in self-appraised pain scores, one month after treatment, and a 6-month follow-up. The researchers recorded pain areas to establish trigger points. Results showed that mean scores were significantly lower in the acupressure group than in the muscle relaxant medication group.
You might think if it is difficult. Or, is it painful to rub? Or, you don’t know where exactly the points are.
But, don’t worry! Acupressure points are easy to find. Use your index or thumb, and press these points gently from different angles. It is called trigger points. You can feel the most tender spot, but don’t push too much. The correct pressure is that it hurts, but it feels good. That is your acupressure point.
Let’s massage these points for 3 minutes with the correct pressure every day.
In conclusion, I want you to massage these 5 acupressure points for headaches every day for about 3 minutes. On top of them, please do not forget that you have to have good sleep, and light exercise like yoga, walking, even meditation, etc. There is a natural Chinese herb that is also great for headaches. I hope it helps your condition, and you will be able to have a good time.
